Nowadays, English is the most popular business language in the world and
speaking of Putonghua, Japanese, as well as French, Spanish and
Portuguese are also quite popular in the commercial world. With the
economic expansion of Greater China in the coming days, Mandarin
speaking is most likely become the most important commercial language
apart from English. Therefore, the world is setting off a drive of
learning Putonghua. In the 2011 World University Games held in China,
the athletes were entertained to learn simple Putonghua while having the
recess. There are so many Confucius Institutes and Private Corporate
launching Putonghua on their own country.
In the past, most of the students did not know their range of ability to
communicate with people after finished learning, as there is lack of
assessment tools at that time. Even there is no test of standard
assessment for corporate hiring Putonghua speaking staffs who have the
good language proficiency.
The Putonghua examination is divided into Three (30) Achievements and
Twelve (12) Grades. The 3 Achievements are accredited for teacher’s
qualification and the design of the 12 Grades are taking reference from
the language evaluation system of European Union, especially testing the
ability of listening and speaking skills respectively, which can be
fully utilized in the relative levels of work. The recognition Diploma
is issued by the China Cultural Ministry officially which beneficial
both the individual’s Putonghua proficiency and assisting corporate
